1st prizes

The prices you see on our website are total prices including VAT, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Any delivery and shipping costs are listed separately in the product description.

2. payment options

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process in our online store.

3. prepayment by bank transfer

If you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have mutually agreed on a later date.

4. payment via "PayPal

If you select "PayPal" as your payment method, the transaction will be processed via PayPal. Please note that for payment methods where we make advance payments (e.g. purchase on account or payment by installments), our claim against you is assigned to PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal. Before this assignment is accepted, PayPal or the commissioned payment service provider will carry out a credit check.

5. payment by "SOFORT

If you select the "SOFORT" payment method, the payment will be processed via SOFORT GmbH. You must have an activated online banking account that is enabled for the use of "SOFORT".

6. payment via "Stripe"

If you choose "Stripe" as your payment method, payment will be processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. You can find more information about Stripe on their website.

7. payment by "SEPA direct debit"

If the payment method "SEPA direct debit" is selected, the invoice amount is due after a SEPA direct debit mandate has been issued. The amount will not be debited until the goods leave our warehouse.

8. payment by "direct debit via Stripe"

If you select "Direct debit via Stripe", the payment will also be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

9. payment by "credit card via Stripe"

If the payment method "Credit card via Stripe" is selected, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is processed via Stripe.

10. payment via "Klarna"

If you choose "Klarna" as your payment method, the payment will be processed by Klarna Bank AB.
